For quiet study time, a spot to work with others, or somewhere to relax, we have a range of comfortable and practical spaces to suit your needs.
In our Library spaces across UQ campuses, you’ll find:
- individual, group, quiet, low‑light and 24/7 spaces
- height-adjustable desks, booths, and high-backed chairs
- device charging points, laptop lockers and printers.

- Book a room or drop in to use a space that doesn’t require a booking. Find out more about using our study spaces.
- Many of our spaces have extra facilities to make your study time a bit easier, including kitchens with fridges and filtered hot and cold water.

- Borrow from the Library – you can borrow, request and return items with ease.

- Searching for information – use Library Search to discover books, articles and other resources, and learn how to identify high-quality information.
- Training and workshops - find training sessions, online modules to support your study, and LinkedIn Learning online courses.
