Request resource delivery
Service changes on 28 September
On 28 September, we’ll switch to a new resource delivery process. You can expect a convenient new request form in Library Search. Our current Document Delivery Portal will be retired.
You can prepare for this change by:
- exporting a list of your past requests by 27 September if you want to keep a record
- planning your requests around a short system outage on Monday 28 September.
We are also retiring the Express resource delivery service due to a lack of demand. The Standard and Rush options remain available.
Visit Request resource delivery in Library Search from 28 September for more information.
