Borrowing for students and staff of other universities

Current staff, including honorary appointments, and students from universities participating in the University Libraries of Australia and New Zealand borrowing scheme may apply to the UQ Library for reciprocal membership. 

Reciprocal membership is free and enables you to borrow items from our physical collection.

1. Eligible university staff and students should provide either a confirmation of enrolment or a current payslip as part of your membership application. 
2. We will email you when your membership application has been processed.
3. Visit any AskUs desk during staffed hours to collect your library card.
