R U OK? Day is on Thursday 10 September, and it encourages everyone to check in with people around them who may be struggling and to build the skills to have a meaningful conversation.
Your health and wellbeing are important to us, so we're running R U OK? Day activations in selected libraries from 7 to 11 September. Drop in to browse resources on how to have a conversation with someone who may be struggling and get involved in the activities.
