A recording of the Promises, Perils and Possibilities: AI in Research and Scholarly Publishing event is now available. The event brought together a panel of UQ experts to discuss the opportunities, challenges and ethical implications of artificial intelligence (AI) in research and publishing.
About the event
The event was held on 25 November as part of the Higher Degree by Research (HDR) student week. Over 114 participants attended the event in-person and online.
The lightning talks and panel discussion gave attendees a valuable insight into the effect of AI on the research lifecycle and scholarly publishing process.
