UQ researchers and academic staff, now's a great time to check and update your UQ eSpace profile to include all your publications.
UQ eSpace manages research publications and outputs at UQ. When you update your profile, the data is updated automatically in your:
- Individual Activity Profile (Annual Performance and Development for Academic Staff)
- UQ Experts profile
- ORCID (if authorised by you).
Check and update your UQ eSpace profile
Ensure all your publications, research outputs, and editorial appointments are complete and accurate.
- Check that your UQ eSpace profile is linked to your ORCID.
How to register and link your ORCID.
- Claim or add any missing works, such as journal articles, books, book chapters or refereed conference papers.
How to: - Add or update non-traditional research outputs (NTROs) (such as creative works, reports or curated works), and upload creator research statements or evidence files where needed.

- Check your publications – use the Request correction button to disown works, make corrections, provide additional information or upload an author-accepted manuscript for green open access.
How to hide items that do not belong to you.
- Authorise UQ eSpace to update your ORCID automatically to enable a weekly upload of your works to ORCID.
