- UQ students and staff can access 24/7 spaces after hours using your UQ ID card. Touch the card to the card reader beside the door for entry.
- Community members and visitors may access some library study spaces within UQ standard building hours (typically 7am-10pm Monday-Friday). Hours of access, facilities available, and library floor plans are linked from the Locations & hours page.

- Duhig Tower (levels 1, 2, 4 and 5)
- Dorothy Hill Engineering & Sciences Library (levels 2 and 3)
- UQ Gatton Library (J.K. Murray Library) (levels 1 and 2)
- Herston Health Sciences Library (training room, proximity card access required)
After-hours access is via the corridor between the library entrance and the UQ Health Sciences building - Law Library (Walter Harrison Library)
