Refund print credit

Print error

Request a refund via your print account if you are charged for printing you do not receive due to a print error.

When finishing your studies

If you are completing your studies, you can request a refund of your remaining print credit. We will refund the money to the debit or credit card used to purchase the credit, or into your bank account depending on how long ago you purchased the credit. Most refunds are processed within four to six weeks.

Email printing@library.uq.edu.au to request a refund. Please include your:

  • UQ username or print card number
  • current email address
  • last two printing payment receipt numbers, emailed to you at the time of purchase
  • bank account details (bank name, BSB, account number and account name)
  • address.
