Inspera Exam Portal quit unexpectedly
Inspera Exam Portal (IEP) may quit if another application is running in the background, or an automatic software update has launched while IEP is running. To resolve this:
- Show all programs running in the background of the device by pressing:
- Windows: Ctrl + Alt + Del
- MacOS: Cmd + Opt + Esc
- Select any open programs and select Force Quit / End Task (Finder will remain open on MacOS)
- Re-open Inspera Exam Portal
- If you have already commenced your exam, you will need assistance to re-open your exam:
- If you are at home: Contact AskUs for assistance.
- If you are in an exam room: Raise your hand to speak to a Tech Assistant.
