Obsolete app version in Inspera Exam Portal

If you receive an Obsolete app version error or are unable to open your test in Inspera Exam Portal, it may be because you have the incorrect version of Inspera Exam Portal installed. 

To uninstall and install the correct version of Inspera Exam Portal: 

Windows  

  1. Go to the Start menu and search for Inspera Exam Portal. 
  2. Right click the icon and select Uninstall. 
  3. Search for the Application in the list. 
  4. Right click the Inspera Exam Portal icon and select Uninstall. 

MacOS 

  1. Go to Finder > Applications (left hand menu) and scroll to Inspera Exam Portal. 
  2. Using two fingers on the touchpad click the Inspera Exam Portal file with the icon and click Move to Trash. 
  3. Go to Trash and find the icon and click Delete Immediately - do NOT click Empty Bin. 

Install the correct version of Inspera Exam Portal 

Once you have uninstalled the incorrect version of Inspera Exam Portal, refer to the Download Inspera Exam Portal guide for instructions on how to download and install the latest version of Inspera Exam Portal.
