Troubleshooting Safe Exam Browser

I need help with:

  • Logging in with my UQ Username
  • Logging in with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Finding my exam on my Inspera Dashboard
  • My exam content is not loading / uploading incorrectly
  • The ‘Start test in Safe Exam Browser’ button not working

I’ve received an error message on my screen:

  • Red screen error message
  • “Safe Exam Browser not configured” error message
  • “Download the latest supported version” error message
