Digitisation

We provide digitisation services and advice to the UQ Community in support of research, teaching and learning.

We digitise significant parts of Library collections to make them easier to find and access. This includes scanning items such as maps, architectural plans, photographs, 3D objects, bound volumes, theses and departmental papers.

Consult with us if you need high-quality specialised digitisation for research projects, teaching, format shifting or publication.

Photography in Fryer

The process of photography in the nineteenth and twentieth century was nothing like what we know today. The focus of this story is on people and places over time. The story shares some of the Fryer Library's photographic images of people and places over time to provide insight into the past around regional Queensland, Brisbane, and campus life at UQ.
