The UQ Library is a place of discovery and collaboration for the UQ community. We are proud to support the students, teachers and researchers of The University of Queensland as they make a difference in the world.

Together we can preserve valuable cultural and historical collections, support research and teaching and ensure that our students have innovative learning spaces and access to scholarships to succeed.

We invite you to get involved, join our community and to support our work.

Connect students with our rare and unique collections

Help us create a dedicated teaching space within the Fryer Library to allow for greater access to our special collections for students across all disciplines of the University and our wider community.

Featured story

Support from a former UQ Librarian, Margaret Waugh, is developing leadership and vision today.

UQ Library staff member Stacey van Groll was the sixteenth staff member to receive the $500 Margaret Waugh Bursary in 2016. It was created by Alumni Friends of The University of Queensland Inc. from a bequest left by Margaret Waugh.
