EndNote online
What is EndNote online?
EndNote Online is the free online version of EndNote.
This version is referred to as EndNote Basic when not synced with the EndNote desktop version available to UQ staff and students.
You can use EndNote Online to:
- Create a list of references in a limited set of style
- Share references in private groups
- Sync your EndNote desktop library and online library
Recommended use:
- UQ staff and students: Use the EndNote desktop version. This hasĀ full functionality, and avoids known issues of record information variations when the desktop and online version is synced, and accidental Library merge due to limit of one EndNote Library sync with EndNote Online
- Any non-UQ collaborators who do not have access to the desktop software can use EndNote Basic to share references.
