Building online networks

  • A LinkedIn profile is useful to help you collaborate with peers and potential colleagues
  • An online network can help you promote the digital literacy skills you have developed during your studies to potential employers

Creating a Personal Learning Network (PLN)

  • A PLN is an informal learning network that uses social media and technology to help you connect with peers and learn together
  • LinkedIn and Twitter are useful PLN platforms

Professional development and digital skills

  • Enhance your employability by engaging in professional development and acquiring skills and knowledge
  • Take online courses to develop the digital skills that will be important in your future workplace
