(Fryer call number begins UQFL):

  1. The name of the specific item  (this may include author/title or details of correspondents)
  2. The name of the collection
  3. The number of the collection
  4. The box number, item number, or job number
  5. The folder number (if applicable)
  6. The full name of the library: Fryer Library, University of Queensland Library

Examples:
Thomas Keneally, ‘Research notes on armistice’, Thomas Keneally Collection, UQFL12, Box 1, Folder 1, Fryer Library, The University of Queensland Library

  1. The name of the item (author, title)
  2. The number of the item
  3. The full name of the library: Fryer Library, The University of Queensland Library
