Troubleshooting Safe Exam Browser
I need help with:
- Logging in with my UQ Username
- Logging in with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Finding my exam on my Inspera Dashboard
- My exam content is not loading / uploading incorrectly
- The ‘Start Exam in Safe Exam Browser’ button not working
I’ve received an error message on my screen:
- Red screen error message
- “Safe Exam Browser not configured” error message
- “Download the latest supported version” error message
