Join our online information session on Tuesday 15 October to learn more about the Library’s open textbook grant program.
Grants are available to help UQ teaching staff to create open textbooks for use in courses.

- When: Tuesday 15 October from 11am to 12pm
- Where: Online via Microsoft Teams
The session will cover:
- key dates
- grants available (including our new strategic grant)
- expected outcomes
- grant application process.
The next grant application submission deadline is 30 November 2024.
About open textbooks
Open textbooks are licensed under an open copyright licence and made freely available (in digital or print formats) for anyone to read and share. Open textbooks provide an alternative to commercial textbooks and offer many benefits to you, your students and the community.
