Winner of the 2022 Taylor and Francis Library Excellence Award in Research

The Library has selected UQ Doctor of Philosophy student Susanna Su as the recipient of the 2022 Taylor and Francis Group Library Excellence Award in Research.

Congratulations Susanna!

Winning submission

Susanna's research examines the culturally-based problems and strategies employed by Queensland's Chinese business community to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic crisis.

The judges were impressed with Susanna's application, especially the breadth of engagement demonstrated with Library resources and services.

During my study and research period in UQ, library has been a great companion in developing my skill sets in researching, teaching and transferable skills as well as deepening my knowledge in my field and other areas. UQ library not only has an amazing team full of knowledge, but this team is also proactive in assisting us as well. No matter what types of questions we have, namely database, finding books or articles, research software, and archives, they can always find us a solution.
