Network outage, Duhig Tower, Sunday 14 July 2019

On Sunday 14 July, we are upgrading the network in Duhig Tower. There will be service interruptions to library computers, printing and wireless internet in the building. The upgrades are expected to take all day.

These upgrades will help us provide faster and more reliable internet access in this busy library building.

Services that will be affected

During the upgrades, the following services will be offline in Duhig Tower:

  • Library computers
  • Printers
  • Wireless internet

Consider an alternative study space

Our other library locations will be operating as normal on Sunday with computers, printers and the internet. If you are visiting campus to study, consider using an alternative study space. Use your UQ ID card to access 24/7 spaces.

Central Library will be open

The electrical works planned for 13-15 July, that would have closed Central and Duhig Tower, have been rescheduled.

Central Library and the collection will be open as normal.
