Need some help with a technology issue? UQ Library staff can assist students with a range of issues to do with Library computers, login, software, printing, internet access and Learn.UQ. 

IT services available from the Library include:

  • UQ internet & Eduroam wireless
  • Learn.UQ (Blackboard) help
  • Logging in

We also offer research skills and technology training including face to face and online sessions, or check out lynda.com, the online software and skills training website (free access for UQ students and staff).

You'll find them in the UQ Gatton Library, the Herston Health Sciences Library, UQ/Mater McAuley Library and PACE Health Sciences Library, and at the UQ St Lucia campus you'll find them in the Architecture and Music LibraryDorothy Hill Engineering and Sciences Library and Social Sciences and Humanities Library (Level 1).
