Client Experience, within Learning and Research Services, connects you to the Library and helps you achieve your research, teaching and learning goals. We are happy to assist you when you visit a library, chat online or contact us. We provide:

- information technology help for students
- guides and information skills tutorials.

Faculty Liaison Team
- Liaise with UQ Faculties, Schools, Institutes, Research Centres and teaching hospitals
- Provide research assistance for staff and students
- Develop and maintain library collections
- Deliver classes and web-based tools to support information literacy
- Provide advice on literature reviews, citation analysis, data management, scholarly communication and EndNote support
